Sardines & Rice (Paella)

Ingredients

  • 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp masala
  • 300g frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup rice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Method

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Drain the sardines.
  3. Fry onion and leaf masala, then add frozen vegetables.
  4. Add rice and flaked sardines, mix all together and heat through.
  5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
