Sardines & Spinach 15 MINUTES SERVES 4 Ingredients 1 x 215g can Saldanha Sardines 100g fresh spinach, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 chillies, chopped Salt and black pepper to taste Packet black pepper OR mushroom sauce – optional Tap for Method Method Drain the sardines.
